BK-7
BK-7 Zoysia Grass originated in Beltsville, Maryland and is a cross between Meyer Zoysia (Japonica) and Emerald Zoysia (Tenuifolia). It has a medium leaf texture and a dark green color. BK-7 has good shade tolerance compared to other zoysias and is extremely wear tolerant. With minimal thatch problems, BK-7 is a very easy grass to mow using a standard rotary mower.

Tifway 419 is a dense, fine-textured, hybrid Bermuda grass. This warm season turf grass requires full sun, and has a good heat tolerance, wear resistance and will recover quickly if damaged. Although Tifway 419 is an excellent choice for home lawns in northern part of the transition zone between cool and warm season grasses, it is primarily used on golf courses, sport fields, and commercial sites.
Centipede

Tifdwarf Bermudagrass
Tifdwarf has been one of the most commonly used varieties for putting greens in the Southeast for over 40 years. Tifdwarf is fine bladed, dark green in color and has good rooting capabilities. Like most bermudagrasses, Tifdwarf requires aggressive cultural practices such as verticutting, aerifying and topdressing to control excessive thatch. Tifdwarf has the ability to handle low mowing heights as long as the above cultural practices are being performed regularly.
